Thought from Psalm 62:1
Psalm 62:1
"My soul finds rest in God alone; my salvation comes from him."
I think that a lot of us rely on things or people to support us when we stumble, but the problem with this is what if God takes that thing or person away? What do we do then? Well, if we rely on God from the beginning, we won't have to come across this problem.

You're right, Keith. We cannot place our reliance on earthly things - we must place it in God's Son!
