Resurrection

The Resurrection doesn't only signify Christ's power. If he hadn't risen from the dead, wouldn't we kind of have doubts about whether he would raise us to be with him eternally? Just something to think about.

also if He hadn't rose from the dead, where would our faith lie? i mean, He said that He would rise from the dead, so if He didn't, would we be like, well He can't be God.

Yup, Yup, Yup. Thankfully he did. Just think how the disciples must have felt when they saw him on the cross and knew he was fully capable of saving himself...and he died.

Plus, we wouldn't rise either. And that would be pointless. God's creation would never be redeemed. But Jesus proved, but rising from the dead, that even the physical things (which God created to be good as well) will be fully redeemed.

awesome stuff...we really do have a trustworthy Savior! He rose from the dead just and He said He would, and because of that, we can put our faith in Him and trust that He will resurrect us one day as well!
