Thoughts to think about #3

I read in Matthew 21:21 last night as I was preparing for family devotions, "...if you have faith and do not doubt..." This is very powerful to me. Faith isn't sitting back and saying "I trust God will do everything for me."!! Not at all! When you are going into a valley of doubt faith keeps you going, and doesn't say "I give up!". If Jesus had given up when they started to beat Him, what would have happened to us?

We are doing a family birthday party a week from Sunday, on the 18th I want to go to the Mongolian Grill with my best friends. Hopefully anyway, I still need to call them. Oh and I might be getting my ears pierced. It's kind of a tradition for the girls in our family to get our first piercing at 16.

Not even cake??? I personally like chocolate cake with chocolate frosting. How about you?

OH yeah, cake, Chocolate with CHERRY icing. Just NOT vanilla cake. :) Probably some cards too.

Cherry? I've never been a big fan of that. But ooooh yeah, chocolate is definately the best. Cards are good. Whenever my sister comes to visit we play rummy. Or monopoly, but that takes a looong time.

lol I think you took that as a pun, eh? I did mean like birthday cards. lol. Speaking of cards, ROOK is fun too.

Well Keith you are just going to have to be more specific than that. LOL. Awesome communication block there.

I have not played ROOK.

Have you ever played spades? It is almost the same except you can play with more people.

I haven't heard of that one either, I must be sheltered in the game playing world or something.

I am SO BAD at cards, well at least compared to some people in my family. For instance, my brother-in-law, he is really good at cards. When I play with him it confuses him to no end, because I have no plan of attack. I just play like, "Oooh, I can play that card." *fwooshes card onto table* and then I see what happens.

How did we come from talking about deep things to card playing??? It's amazing how these comment conversations go. =)

I have a "trigger happy mouse finger" and I accidentally clicked the "login and publish" button twice. OK, so maybe I don't have a happy trigger finger. But umm.... That was my excuse. XD

That's okay Celeste, to tell you the truth, I haven't even had time to do more than check my blogs really, I owe about 3 emails. Sorry but I don't think I will be able to write the article, really sorry but at this point I don't seem to have the time. :\
