Proverbs 28:13
"He who conceals his sins does not prosper, but whoever confesses and renounces them find mercy."
If we aren't confessing our sin and asking for forgiveness from God, we shouldn't expect mercy. Daily we should seek forgiveness so that daily we can receive mercy.

yup! that's a good thing to remember. Some people think that once God saves you, he forgives all of your sins, so you only have to ask His forgveness that one time. Well, it's true that he forgives all of our sins, but the Bible tells us to continue to repent daily of our sins. :)
amen! and the bible also says that if we don't forgive, God wont forgive us. i have a hard time in that area.
